We pair those modern songs with the retro movement that suits the style, which allows us to pack in plenty of current hits with a few cherished throwbacks.

THE MAGIC OF THE MOVES

The multiple dance styles we provide are key to the unique success of our fitness program.  Lots of formats claim to be a full body workout, but if you aren't changing the way you move, you are working the same muscles over and over again which, best case scenario, leads to a plateau, and worst case scenario, leads to injury. Because our constantly changing movements target your muscles from every angle, if you continue to push yourself in class, you will never truly acclimate!
